Green Tomatoes anyone?

Two days before our first freeze, I was forced to harvest all of our green tomatoes.  These were growing on the spring tomato plants that survived the summer drought.  That is a lot of small tomatoes!  Fried or pickled or doused in sugar are not options.  Hopefully, they will ripen in the kitchen.  Dang, they take up a lot of space.  Since they are green and red, maybe I can pass them off as Christmas decorations?
